From the magic internet: It’s a world-renowned hotel in Quebec City, known for its iconic architecture and stunning location overlooking the St. Lawrence River. The green roof and the distinctive towers are characteristic of the Château Frontenac.

I don’t know what this place is for sure, I just know it is an incredibly impressive building, and I loved the architecture. It was a delight to look at from our cruise ship while we were in port in Quebec.
