I found myself unexpectedly in San Diego for most of a week, and while there was some very important stuff I was having to take care of, I remembered to take care of myself as well.
Self-care came in the form of watching the sunset, appreciating the flowers, and taking time to notice the beauty of the world around me, even on stressful days.
